Shipping, Payment and Return Policies
Basic Shipping Charges
All prices on this website include shipping to locations within the 48 Contiguous United States unless otherwise stated. We ship from Texas so time in transit to the 48 contiguous United States should never be more than 6 working days after the order has shipped. Faster shipping is available for an added charge. Email us or add a note to your order if faster shipping is required. We will contact you with the options and added cost before proccessing your order.
You are always welcome to pick up your items at our Georgetown, TX location.
Shipments to outside the 48 Continental United States
Shipping to locations outside the 48 Continental United States will cost more and customers will be notified of additional shipping charges via email before the order is processed. Only upon customer's approval of the shipping charges, will the order proceed.
Accepted Methods of Payment
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Check, or Money Order payable at time of shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until time of shipment.
Texas sales taxes (8.25%) will be applied to all orders being shipped to a Texas address unless a Texas Resale Certificate is provided. If needed the completed Resale Certificate can be faxed (512-535-6631) or emailed to us.
Return Policy
Carol Woolf Gallery & Frame Factory guarantees that the products it sells are of the finest quality and free from material defects. If a product is defective, it can be returned within 30 days and a new item will be sent to you. You should inspect your items carefully upon receiving them. Dry fit all mitre chopped to size mouldings to be sure you are satisfied. We can not accept return items that have been cut, glued, nailed or modified in any way.
Items should not be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No refunds, credits or returns will be accepted or processed with out a RMA number. To notify us of something you want to return, email us providing the original order number and the reason for the RMA request. Items that are returned because they were incorrectly ordered are subject to a 15% per item restocking fee. Such items must be returned within 30 days of order placement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A credit will be entered into your account with us as soon as the merchandise has been received and inspected.
