We believe that our stretcher stock is the best Poplar Hardwood available from sources in the USA. It has been custom milled for us to our specifications here in the USA. This Bar stock is 1 1/2 " X 3/4" with a lip on both sides so it can be used to make either a 1 1/2" deep or a 3/4" deep stretcher frame. This 2-way use feature means that you only need to stock one bar, saving space and reducing waste.
